For your organization to be able to use the MHO Assessment Tool you must initially create an account by completing the following form. You will then be asked to provide a few details about your organization so you can start inviting others to take the assessment.

Sign-up Tip: We suggest you use a neutral email address for your initial signup, for example info@organizationxyz.org. That way the Account Owner role is associated with your organization and not your own individual email. For more signup tips, check out the Technical FAQ page
